In 2018, Vitalyst embarked on a strategic planning process which resulted in the development of short- and long-term goals to guide our programmatic work. The 14-month journey included extensive board and staff work, as well as collaborative input and feedback from community partners statewide. The Strategic Roadmap below highlights the overarching elements that guide Vitalyst’s work, as well as goal-specific objectives through 2024.
