From the beginning, Vitalyst has pursued how to best leverage available resources and assets in concert with those of the community and partners. Today, our work coalesces into three overarching goals:

Informed decision-makers prioritize community health and well-being. Because healthy communities are created when decision-makers champion proven solutions and local insights.

Advancing health equity takes all of us. This means community leaders, organizations and coalitions must be strong at all levels.

Bringing together partners fosters cross-sector integration and builds networks for health and well-being.
