Our schools have been exploring innovative ways to improve educational outcomes. Vitalyst has just released a new publication detailing attainable housing’s potential to help  

As rental and home prices have seen double-digit increases, school districts across the U.S. have been searching for opportunities for teachers and support staff to live closer to the schools where they work. Attainable housing is comparable to workforce housing. The unique idea here is that school districts can put unused land and other supports into the equation, so teachers can have access to affordable housing.
