Virginia Bezerra De Menezes

Virginia Bezerra de Menezes serves as the Program Manager of Learning and Evaluation at Vitalyst and is responsible of the evaluative, analytical, and learning initiatives for the foundation. In her role, she manages regular and annual evaluation processes of Vitalyst’s programmatic and overall work for organizational learning and development. She also oversees adult-learning and professional development opportunities for staff and facilitates the organizational journey advancement in Diversity, Inclusion & Equity.

Virginia brings years of combined experience in project management, program evaluation and grant support in both the international development field and at the local level. Virginia has a Master’s in Public Policy from the George Washington University, where she specialized in Program Evaluation and Policy Analysis.

In her free time, she enjoys going on hikes with her hyperactive puppy as well as doing some baking when at home (banana bread is her favorite!)
