Erika Foster is the Program Manager of Learning and Evaluation. In this role, she oversees the evaluation of Vitalyst grants and learning initiatives.

Erika has extensive experience with program evaluation and community engagement. Before joining Vitalyst, she worked as a program associate at Enterprise Community Partners, assisting communities across the country in increasing their supply of affordable housing. Additionally, she has worked with various organizations in Northern California to evaluate their community health programs

Erika has a Master of Public Health and a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

 

In her free time, Erika enjoys gardening, ceramics, watching reality tv, and spending time with loved ones.
