Wendy Armendariz

Wendy Armendariz is the Chief Executive Officer for Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH). NOAH is a community health center in the Phoenix-metro area, providing medical, dental, nutrition, psychiatry, and behavioral health services for the community. NOAH serves more than 50,000 patients each year providing quality health care services to all community members including low-income, underserved, and special populations.

Ms. Armendariz’ passion for community health centers began over 20 years ago in public health. She launched her career at a community health center developing maternal and child health programs. Her career continued, serving community health centers at the Arizona Association of Community Health Centers where she worked closely with federal and state agencies to develop strategic partnerships, training and resources to address health center challenges.

Ms. Armendariz holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from Northern Arizona University and an MBA from the University of Arizona. She is a fellow of the UCLA Johnson and Johnson Health Care Executive Program, alumni of Scottsdale Leadership-Class 31, and has held various board memberships with community organizations.
