2020 will soon be gone, but not soon forgotten. It has been a unique year full of challenges, changes, and pivots. On many levels, it more clearly exposed the root causes of health disparities that need to be addressed. 

In that regard, 2020 served as a litmus test that affirmed Vitalyst’s goals and approach. Access to care and coverage, healthy community design, community capacity building, transformative grantmaking, and civic health became as resonant as ever this year. We were very inspired by the many community partners who responded with passion, grace, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of their communities. Our goals proved to be evergreen in 2020. More importantly, our collective resolve has remained steadfast.
