The Technical Assistance Partnership is now The Change Agent Network (CAN)
Since 1997, Vitalyst Health Foundation has provided management and funding for the Technical Assistance Partnership as both the partnership and participating nonprofits have grown and flourished. The success has brought with it a new purpose-based focus on creating a network of change agents – and that focus gave rise to the new name.
- CAN Forums build on the rich heritage of more than a decade of TAP Talks. They are offered five times a year and now serve exclusively as large-group professional development sessions. The skill-building workshops focus on offering approaches to timely issues facing the nonprofit community. At the same time, attendees can network and share common challenges and successes. - CAN Learning Circles extend the practice formerly known as TAP Groups. Offered throughout the year, they offer nonprofit professionals the experience of collaborative capacity building focused on critical issues their organizations face together.
