Maria Manriquez

Maria Manriquez, MD is Interim Associate Dean, Clinical Curriculum for University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix. Dr. Manriquez brings vast experience in program direction that spans undergraduate education, medical education, graduate and continued medical education. Dr. Manriquez faculty of the College since 2005. Currently, she is the Director for the Pathway Scholars Program, a rewarding program addressing diversity in the physician workforce. Maria sits on the ACOG Council of Resident Education and Gynecology (CREOG) education committee and is Program Chair CREOG. She has in past served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Arizona section of American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Manriquez was the Associate Program Director of the Phoenix Integrated Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology (PIROG) and Vice Chair of the OBGYN department at Maricopa Integrated Health System before taking positions at UACOMP.  She embodies innovation and collaboration and is well positioned to lead and inspire the Directors and activities for the clinical curriculum at the College of Medicine – Phoenix.
