CAN Learning Circles help organizations strengthen skills and create tools to effectively carry out their mission. Participants must be able to commit to all the sessions dated for the Learning Circle they want to join. There is limited space for participation, and all Learning Circle sessions take place at Vitalyst Health Foundation’s offices.
Step 1: Determine if you can make the commitment to the Learning Circle
The key to Learning Circle success lies in engagement and collaboration. It cannot be emphasized enough that members’ level of engagement with each other and with the Group Facilitator drives the process. If you are not able to commit to the process over the designated period of time, usually 3-6 months, you may want to check back in during the next available time. If you would like to be able to help your organization do its work better and you can make the commitment, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Complete a Profile, Make the Commitment
Once you have determined that you can make the commitment to the Learning Circle process, complete a profile by clicking on any available link below. When you register to join a CAN Learning Circle you are committing to the dates and times listed for that topic.
Step 3: Get Started
After you sign up for a Learning Circle you will be notified via email about next steps. After your Learning Circle has finished the process, you will receive two electronic evaluations to share with us the impact of your experience. We use this information to continually improve the CAN experience for everyone.
